Dear stress, its time we broke up

I know this is hard for you to hear but I have had enough.

I have decided I want more joy, happiness and peace of mind in my life.

In this fast paced world of today, you have lead me to believe that stress is normal for everyone, however how can it be normal or good for me if I always feel constantly on edge, overwhelmed with worry and anxiety and unable to enjoy life.

It served you to keep our relationship strong, because without me you would not exist, however I have decided this relationship must end today and forever.

I am sure you are thinking what has gotten into me, where am I finding this boldness and strength.

A caring friend who could see the bad effect you have on me referred me to a workshop, I was helped to identify my set of triggers that are unique to only me, that allows you to create havoc in my life.

I also discovered my own tools and strategies to stop you being part of my life and I have already put these into action.

I realize you will not be happy with my decision and from time to time you may challenge me by trying to re establish our relationship.

However I want you to know, that even if you do I have become a stronger person as I now have the awareness and the methods to defeat you each time.

Dont worry that we are breaking up, Im sure youll be able to find plenty of other people out there.

Workshop

Time: 9.30 am start till 12.30 pm
(2 x 3 hour sessions - Weekends)
Investment : $500

Week 1 - Identify your unique triggers for stress and reveals why these reasons affect you through group discussions and interactive exercises.

Week 2 - Build a foundation of tools and strategies to reduce or eliminate stress from your life.

Activities will be completed during the sessions and participants will also be invited to complete home activities to reinforce skills and concepts learnt in sessions. Email support also provided in-between week 1 and 2 to assist you if you have any questions.
